No Returns Policy
Since you can inspect the quality of your order before accepting it, we do not accept returns once the delivery is completed.
Our delivery executive will allow you to check each item for freshness and quality before final confirmation.
Refund for Rejected Items
If you choose to reject any item during the doorstep quality check, the value of the rejected items will be refunded to you.
- Refunds will be initiated within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during the purchase.
Important Notes
- Refunds are applicable only for items rejected during delivery and recorded by our delivery executive.
- Once the order is accepted at the doorstep, it will be considered final and non-returnable.
- In case of online payment, partial refunds (for rejected items) will be processed to your original payment method.
- In case of cash on delivery, the rejected items’ amount will be deducted from the payable bill immediately.
